HERDENKINGSBANK, opgericht ter herdenking van het 12 1/2 jaar ambtsjubileum van burgemeester Fockema Andreae, gesitueerd aan de westzijde van het park en uitgevoerd in een aan de Amsterdamse-School verwante stijl.

In baksteen opgetrokken zitbank, met halfrond uitgevoerd verhoogd middendeel (met op de rugleuning het opschrift "Burgemeester Dr J.P. Fockema Andreae - 1914 - 1926" en aan weerszijden een lager recht deel, op de penanten "18 maart 1914"en 18 sept. 1926".

Herdenkingsbank, van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een aan de Amsterdamse School verwante stijl, tevens vanwege cultuurhistorische waarde vanwege de verbondenheid met de historie van Utrecht en als karakteristiek onderdeel van het Wilhelminapark.

Sitting bench constructed in brick, with a semicircular raised central section (with on the backrest the inscription "Mayor Dr J.P. Fockema Andreae - 1914 - 1926" and on either side a lower straight section, on the pilasters "18 March 1914" and "18 September 1926".
