In 1889 gebouwd WOONHUIS in zeer rijke eclectische stijl, oorspronkelijk fungerend als stucadoorswerkplaats met bovenwoning.
Omschrijving
Pand op vierkante plattegrond met souterrain en twee bouwlagen onder pannen schilddak, evenwijdig aan de straat. Oorspronkelijk aan één zijde vrijstaand pand, met tegen de achtergevel een - nu gesloopte - werkplaats. In baksteen met pleisterwerk uitgevoerde twee traveeën brede voorgevel met een als risaliet uitgevoerde rechtertravee, opgetrokken tot halsgevel. Gevel op gepleisterde plint, voorts rijk gedecoreerd met ondermeer gepleisterde banden, diamantkoppen, sluitstenen in de vorm van koppen en leeuwekoppen. Terugliggende linkertravee met verdiept liggende portiek, waarin drie houten deuren met renaissance ornamenten. Het portiek is omlijst met gestucte decoratie, ondermeer diamantkoppen en een cartouche. Daarboven op de verdieping venster met rijke stucomlijsting, ondermeer met frontonbekroning, voorts balusters bij wijze van frans balkon en glas in lood bovenlicht met afgeschuinde hoeken. Daarboven in de kap kleine dakkapel met pilasteromlijsting en tentdakje.
De risalerende travee heeft een groot houten venster met bewerkte houten raamstijlen, onder het venster stucdecoratie in de vorm van band- en rolwerkornamenten. Tweede bouwlaag met balkon met balusters, dubbele balkondeuren binnen een rondboog, elk met rondboogvormige glas- in-lood bovenlichten met daartussen, in de boogvulling, sgraffitowerk. Aan weerszijde driekwartrond zuilen, waarop gestapelde frontons met portretkop. Halsgevel met ondermeer gepleisterde voluten, balusterzuiltjes, diamantkoppen, halfrond fronton met schelpornament, vazen en diverse andere gestapelde renaissance-ornamenten. Interieur heeft in het souterrain oorspronkelijke onderdelen als deuren, nis een aanrecht. De begane grond heeft een entree met ondermeer stucplafonds, stucwerk wandafwerking met voegen, doorgezet in het trappenhuis met halfrond gestucte aanzet van de trap, gecombineerd met Rocaille-elementen en een origineel trappenhuis. Deuren met originele lijstwerk. Bel-etage met ondermeer oorspronkelijke omlijsting van deuren en vensters en lijstwerk langs het plafond, klassieke omlijsting van haard met pilasters en hoofdgestel, achterkamer met ondermeer schouw, tegelwerk en behang, voorkamer met schoorsteenmantel in neo-renaissancestijl en tegeltjes.
