Introduction

Description

Building constructed in brick with plasterwork of three storeys and a half basement partially buried in the city rampart, covered by a flat roof. Fifteen-bay wide front facade with five-bay wide central risalit, of which the first and fifth bay are in turn executed as risalits.

Ground floor with six-pane sash windows within semi-circular, plastered at the head framing, on the storey six-pane sash windows with plastered pilaster arrangement and cornice, except the windows in the central risalit, which are executed with semi-circular framing.
