In oorsprong ouder pand, in 1886 verbouwd tot HERENHUIS in neo-renaissancestijl, gelegen aan de Bemuurde Weerd, op rechthoekige plattegrond en met twee bouwlagen onder afgeplat schilddak loodrecht op de rooilijn. Vier traveeën brede bakstenen gevel op hardstenen plint, waarvan links twee traveeën uitgevoerd als risaliet met topgevel, met daarin twee oorspronkelijke paneeldeuren. Boven de deuren een houten erker met breed overstek, rustend op uit de waterlijst voortkomende balkonplaat op bewerkte consoles. Dit geveldeel, eindigend als topgevel, bekroond met in kunststeen uitgevoerde allegorische voorstelling van de Nijverheid, geflankeerd door rolwerk onder een driehoekig fronton en bekroond door een obelisk, bevat een stolpraam. Eveneens obelisken op schouders van de topgevel. Schuifvensters in terugliggend bouwdeel rechts, met op de verdieping tudorbogen. De vensteropeningen begane gronds zijn voorzien van korfbogen. Ter hoogte van het kalf en bovendorpel van de vensters rijgen spekbanden de vensters aaneen. De hoeken van neggen en verspringende bouwdelen worden gemarkeerd door hoekblokken in natuursteen. Originally an older building, remodelled in 1886 into a TOWNHOUSE in neo-Renaissance style, located on the Bemuurde Weerd, on a rectangular floor plan and with two storeys under a flattened hipped roof perpendicular to the front line. Four-bay wide brick facade on hardstone plinth, of which the left two bays are executed as a risalit with a decorative gable, in which two original panelled doors. Above the doors a wooden oriel with broad overhang, resting on a balcony slab proceeding from the drip moulding on worked consoles. This facade section, ending as a decorative gable, crowned with an allegorical representation of Industry executed in artificial stone, flanked by scrollwork under a triangular pediment and crowned by an obelisk, contains a oriel window. Obelisks likewise on the shoulders of the decorative gable. Sash windows in the set-back section to the right, with on the upper storey Tudor arches. The window openings on the ground floor are provided with basket arches. At the height of the plinth and head of the windows, speckle bands tie the windows together. The corners of the cutting and setback sections are marked by corner blocks in natural stone. Only on the upper storey do the fanlights of the windows still contain leaded glass windows.
