Pand met gebogen voorgevel uit de eerste helft van de 19e eeuw, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met mansardekap.
Een opmerkelijk voorbeeld uit de reeks van panden ontstaan naar aanleiding van de bebouwingsplannen voor de singels van Zocher, voorzien van dorische pilasters en mezzanino.
