Zuidoostelijke SCHUTSLUIS met sluiskom, behorend bij het sluizencomplex in en om het Merwedekanaal, gebouwd in 1886-88 bij de aanleg van het Merwedekanaal, nabij de kruising met de Leidse Rijn. Dubbele houten puntdeuren en betonnen kolkmuren met sluishoofden in baksteen en natuursteen voorzien van smeedijzeren hekwerk.

Southeast LOCK with lock chamber, belonging to the lock complex in and around the Merwedekanaal, built in 1886-88 during the construction of the Merwedekanaal, near the crossing with the Leidse Rijn. Double wooden pointed doors and concrete lock chamber walls with lock heads in brick and natural stone furnished with wrought-iron railings.
