Inleiding
Het KOETSHUIS uit omstreeks 1910 in Vernieuwingsstijl en vermoedelijk naar ontwerp van H.H. Kramer, is tegenwoordig gedeeltelijk in gebruik als woonhuis en gedeeltelijk als werkplaats. De verdieping is ingericht als woning met een entree aan de achterzijde. Hiervoor zijn aan de achterzijde in het dakvlak forse dakkapellen geplaatst. De voormalige stallen zijn in gebruik als werkplaats en middels een houten wand opgedeeld.
Omschrijving
Het gebouw heeft een gemetselde borstwering, uitgevoerd in rode baksteen en is daarboven bepleisterd. Het samengesteld dak is gedekt met een rood-oranje geglazuurde Romaanse pan.
Voorgevel: dubbele inrijdeuren met geprofileerde bovendorpel onder rollaag met daarboven concaaf lopend schoon metselwerk; dubbel twaalf-ruits venster onder halfrond bovenlicht; dakkapel onder zadeldak en met gepotdekselde houten borstwering; hijsbalk; aan weerszijden van de inrijdeuren drielichtsvenster met drie-ruits bovenlicht; gemetselde lekdorpel, segmentboog en metselwerk timpaan. De beide zijgevels zijn blind met in het dakvlak een dakkapel onder een plat dak.
Achtergevel: forse dakkapel; van links naar rechts, twee kleine vensters, toegangsdeur tot woning met twee flankerende vensters en meer-ruits bovenlichten, deuren naar de voormalige stallen en twee kleine vensters.
Het INTERIEUR bevat weinig bijzonderheden, de balken op sleutelstukken en klinkervloer van de stallen zijn nog origineel.
Waardering
Het koetshuis behorende bij Doniastate is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch belang:
- vanwege de hoogwaardige esthetische kwaliteit van het ontwerp;

Introduction
The COACH HOUSE dating from around 1910 in Renewal Style and presumed to be designed by H.H. Kramer is nowadays partly in use as a dwelling and partly as a workshop. The upper floor is arranged as a residence with an entrance at the rear. For this purpose substantial roof dormers have been placed in the roof plane at the rear. The former stables are in use as a workshop and are divided by means of a wooden partition.
Description
The building has a brick parapet constructed in red brick and is rendered above it. The composite roof is covered with a red-orange glazed Roman tile.
Front facade: double carriage doors with moulded upper window sill under corbel with above it concavely running fine brickwork; double twelve-pane window under semicircular fanlight; roof dormer under gabled roof and with clay-tiled wooden parapet; hoist beam; on either side of the carriage doors three-light window with three-pane fanlight; brick drip moulding, segmental arch and masonry tympanum. Both side facades are blank with in the roof plane a roof dormer under a flat roof.
Rear facade: substantial roof dormer; from left to right, two small windows, entrance door to the dwelling with two flanking windows and multi-pane fanlights, doors to the former stables and two small windows.
The INTERIOR contains few special features, the beams on corbels and brick floor of the stables remain original.

The coach house belonging to Doniastate is of general cultural-historical and architectural-historical importance:
