Omschrijving
IJSKELDER. Bakstenen ijskelder, vermoedelijk in oorsprong uit het einde van de 18de eeuw daterend, bestaande uit een lange gang met lichte knik en een ronde ruimte met een vrij vlak koepelgewelf. De dubbele wanden lopen naar beneden taps toe. De kelder is terwille van het rustieke effect aan de voorzijde met grove IJsselkiezels bekleed en opgenomen in een heuvelpartij aan een arm van de beek in het park in landschapsstijl in het bosgedeelte ten noordoosten van het huis. De kelder werd in 1994 ingrijpend gerestaureerd.

De IJSKELDER is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en architectonisch belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- de ornamentele en belevingswaarde in de historische parkaanleg;

ICE HOUSE. Brick ice house, presumably dating in origin from the end of the 18th century, consisting of a long corridor with a slight bend and a round chamber with a relatively flat barrel vault. The double walls taper downwards. The cellar, for the sake of the rustic effect, is faced on the front with rough Issel gravel and incorporated into a mound beside a tributary of the stream in the park in landscape style in the wooded section to the northeast of the house. The cellar underwent major restoration in 1994.
