Omschrijving
KINDERHUISJE. Klein huisje op rechthoekige grondslag met afgeschuinde hoeken aan voor(oost-)zijde onder overstekend schilddak, gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen. Op de nokeinden twee grote gecementeerde schoorstenen. De goot rust op bewerkte klossen. Het huisje, toponiem 'rotshuisje' is vermoedelijk omstreeks 1900 gebouwd. Voorgevel links een driezijdige partij met gewijzigde vensters en een deuropening. Rechts hiervan ligt de gevel terug, waardoor een deuropening is ontstaan. Er zijn vensters in de rechter- en achtergevel. Inwendig vertoont het huisje nog zijn oorspronkelijke indeling met kamer en keuken.
Waardering
Het KINDERHUISJE is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en architectonisch belang:
- vanwege de zeldzaamheidswaarde;

CHILDREN'S HOUSE. Small house on a rectangular ground plan with chamfered corners at the front (east) side under an overhanging hipped roof, covered with red Dutch tiles. On the roof ridge ends two large cemented chimneys. The gutter rests on carved brackets. The house, with the place name 'rock house', was presumably built around 1900. Front facade on the left a three-sided section with altered windows and a door opening. To the right of this the facade recedes, creating a door opening. There are windows in the right and rear facades. Interior the house still displays its original layout with room and kitchen.
Valuation
The CHILDREN'S HOUSE is of general cultural-historical and architectural importance:
