THEEHUIS ANNEX DIENSTWONING EN SCHUUR. Witgepleisterd theehuis van circa 1860, met in 1900 aan de achterzijde aangebouwde dienstwoning. In zijn totaliteit langwerpig gebouw met op de kop het theehuis in een hoek op de Edeseweg geplaatst, als 'point de vue', loodrecht op de noordelijke toegangslaan van de buitenplaats geplaatst. De driezijdige afsluiting van het theehuis is gedekt met riet met overstek, met gesneden voetlijst en bekroond door een ornamentele geschilderde rand. Het theehuis heeft een driezijdige open veranda, ondersteund door 4 Dorische kolommen met basement. Teruggeplaatst de witgepleisterde gevel met zwart geteerd plint, voorzien van een tuindeur met rechthoekige vensters, voorzien van zesruits schuiframen en gietijzeren halfronde ramen. Zowel de deur als de vensters zijn van opgeklampte luiken voorzien. Het theehuis heeft een grote rustiek-ornamentele waarde. De aansluitende rode bakstenen dienstwoning bestaat uit een begane grond met zolderverdieping, met gesmoorde Tuil-du-Nord pannen gedekt zadeldak. De gevels worden afgesloten door geprofileerde gootlijsten op klossen. In de rechterzijgevel een deurkozijn met bovenlicht: het venster is niet oorspronkelijk. Schuin achter de dienstwoning een rode bakstenen schuur met zadeldak, gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen en afgewerkt met wit geschilderde windveren. Eenvoudige deur in kopgevel en rond venster in de top. De schuur dateert waarschijnlijk uit de bouwtijd van de dienstwoning.

TEAHOUSE ANNEX ATTENDANT'S DWELLING AND BARN. Whitewashed teahouse of circa 1860, with an attendant's dwelling built on to the rear in 1900. As a whole a long building with the teahouse at the corner positioned on the Edeseweg, as a 'point de vue', placed perpendicular to the northern entrance avenue of the estate. The three-sided closure of the teahouse is covered with thatch with overhang, with cut base moulding and crowned by an ornamental painted border. The teahouse has a three-sided open veranda, supported by 4 Doric columns with basement. Set back the whitewashed facade with black tarred plinth, provided with a garden door with rectangular windows, provided with six-pane sash windows and cast-iron arched windows. Both the door and the windows are provided with hinged shutters. The teahouse has great rustic-ornamental value. The adjoining red brick attendant's dwelling consists of a ground floor with attic storey, covered with smoked Tuile-du-Nord tiles and a gabled roof. The facades are finished with profiled gutter lines on brackets. In the right side facade a door frame with fanlight: the window is not original. Diagonally behind the attendant's dwelling a red brick barn with gabled roof, covered with smoked Dutch tiles and finished with white-painted weathervanes. Simple door in gable end and round window at the top. The barn probably dates from the time of construction of the attendant's dwelling.
