Omschrijving onderdeel 10:
KOETSHUIS
Links naast het huis staat een laat 18de-eeuws koetshuis eveneens in gele ijsselsteen opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het driezijdige schilddak heeft aan de achterzijde twee dwarskappen. Op de begane grond bevinden zich drie onder een kroonlijst gekoppelde staldeuren en een venster en op de verdieping drie vensters en een luik. In de achtergevel bevinden zich enkele staldeuren, een venster en vier vensters op de verdieping. Het linker deel is ingericht als koetshuis het rechter deel als paardenstal. Hier worden nog de hardstenen voederbakken aangetroffen. De verdieping met open kappen is thans in gebruik als kantoor.

COACH HOUSE
To the left of the house stands a late 18th-century coach house also built in yellow Ijssel brick on a rectangular plan. The three-sided hipped roof has two cross gables on the rear side. On the ground floor are three stable doors coupled under a cornice and a window and on the upper floor three windows and a shutter. In the rear gable are several stable doors, a window and four windows on the upper floor. The left part is fitted out as a coach house the right part as a horse stable. Here the hard stone feed troughs are still found. The upper floor with open rafters is now in use as an office.
Valuation:
The COACH HOUSE is of significance - because of its visual spatial coherence with the main house; - the use of materials; - the still present components of the horse stable.
