DUBBELE DIENSTWONING behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Dickninge. (MSP 507397) Bij de toegangsbrug ligt de voormalige koetsiers/werkbaas woning gebouwd in opdracht van de familie De Vos van Steenwijk tussen 1850-1880 in een ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl, oorspronkelijk met zakgoot en gemeenschappelijke deel. Schuur uit 1996 Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen dubbel woonhuis bestaat uit één bouwlaag met geprofileerde gootlijsten onder een met Hollandse pannen gedekt (inmiddels afgeplat) schilddak; twee nokhoekschoorstenen met platte kap. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft centraal twee smalle paneeldeuren met ruitvormig bovenlicht voorzien van een geprofileerde houten omlijsting; daarboven een doorgetrokken deel van de daklijst met gemetseld fronton voorzien van een halfrond gietijzeren venster met roeden. Aan weerskanten een acoladevormig venster met vorktracering en opgeklampte luiken. Zijgevels met staafankers onder de op klossen geplaatste goot. De linkerzijgevel met een rechtgesloten T-venster met luiken, een keldervenster met getordeerd diefijzer, een gekoppeld venster met luiken en een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht. In het dakschild een dakkapel (met plat) met openslaand venster en drieruits bovenlicht; geprofileerde daklijst. De rechterzijgevel bevat onder meer een T-venster met luiken en een opgeklampte deur onder rollaag. Achtergevel met twee gemetselde topgevels (waartussen een nieuwe houten invulling ten behoeve van de woonfunctie) met op de begane grond twee halfronde gietijzeren stalvensters en twee kleine rechtgesloten vensters.

DOUBLE SERVICE DWELLING belonging to the historical country estate Dickninge. (MSP 507397) At the access bridge lies the former coachman/foreman's house built on the orders of the De Vos van Steenwijk family between 1850-1880 in a craft-traditional style, originally with a guttering box and shared section. Barn from 1996. The brick double residential house built on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey with moulded gutters under a hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles (meanwhile flattened); two ridge-corner chimneys with flat cap. The symmetrically arranged front facade has centrally two narrow panelled doors with diamond-shaped fanlight provided with a moulded wooden frame; above it a continuous part of the roof cornice with a moulded pediment provided with a semicircular cast-iron window with glazing bars. On either side an acolade-shaped window with forked tracery and clamped shutters. Side facades with rod anchors under the gutter placed on blocks. The left side facade with a straight-closed T-window with shutters, a cellar window with twisted theft-iron, a coupled window with shutters and a clamped door with fanlight. In the roof panel a dormer window (with flat) with an opening window and three-pane fanlight; moulded roof cornice. The right side facade contains among others a T-window with shutters and a clamped door under roll-course. Rear facade with two moulded gabled ends (between which a new wooden filling for the residential function) with on the ground floor two semicircular cast-iron stable windows and two small straight-closed windows.
