BOERDERIJ ANNEX KOETSHUIS 'HET BOUWHUIS' behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Dickninge. De vroeg-19de-eeuwse boerderij is gelegen op een oorspronkelijk tot de kloostergoederen behorende bouwplaats. Boerderij met twee zijbaanders en krimp, opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en gedekt door een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen belegd aan achterzijde afgewolfd schilddak met uilenbord met ruitvormige invulling; schoorsteen met bord; windveren; rechte muurankers. Rondom het voorhuis loopt een smalle strook keienbestrating. Het voorhuis is verdeeld in een woongedeelte (rechts) en een koetshuis met tuigkamer (links). De deur- en vensterdetaillering van de voorgevel is als volgt van links naar rechts een zesruitsvenster, dubbele houten inrijdeuren met smal twaalfruits bovenlicht en hardstenen duimstukken, twee keldervensters met diefijzers waarboven twee vernieuwde opkamervensters. De detaillering van de linker zijgevel bestaat uit een zesruitsvenster, een lichtgetoogde houten staldeur met meerruits bovenlicht, dubbele houten inrijdeuren met mandeur met smal twaalfruits bovenlicht en een zesruitsvenster; die van de rechter zijgevel uit een houten deur, twee vernieuwde kruiskozijnen en twee meerruitsvensters. Halfsteens rollagen boven en/of onder de deur- en vensterkozijnen, zandstenen onderdorpels. De zijgevels van het achterhuis (stal) zijn versterkt door even uitgemetselde steunbeertjes, waartussen halfronde stalvensters. In de achtergevel bevindt zich uiterst links een rechtgesloten mestdeur, daarnaast een deurpartij bestaande uit een dubbele houten staldeur met smal 12-ruits bovenlicht en een houten mendeur met 20-ruits bovenlicht, rechts daarvan twee getoogde stalvensters met ijzeren tracering en een dubbele houten staldeur met smal 12-ruits bovenlicht. In het INTERIEUR is de schouw met broodoven gaaf bewaard gebleven.

FARM WITH ANNEXED COACH HOUSE 'HET BOUWHUIS' belonging to the historical country estate Dickninge. The early 19th century farm is situated on a building plot originally belonging to the monastery lands. Farm with two side-barns and shrinkage, built up from red brickwork and covered by a hipped roof lined with smoored Dutch tiles, curved at the rear with owl-board with diamond-shaped infill; chimney with board; wind vanes; straight wall anchors. Around the front building runs a narrow strip of paving with stones. The front building is divided into a residential section (right) and a coach house with tack room (left). The door and window detailing of the front facade is as follows from left to right: a six-pane window, double wooden carriage doors with narrow twelve-pane fanlight and hardstone thumbpieces, two cellar windows with theft-irons above which two renewed upper-storey windows. The detailing of the left side facade consists of a six-pane window, a lightly arched wooden stable door with multi-pane fanlight, double wooden carriage doors with wicket door with narrow twelve-pane fanlight and a six-pane window; that of the right side facade of a wooden door, two renewed cross windows and two multi-pane windows. Half-brick roll-courses above and/or below the door and window frames, sandstone sub-sills. The side facades of the rear building (stable) are reinforced by evenly moulded buttresses, between which semicircular stable windows. In the rear facade at the far left is a straight-closed manure door, next to it a door section consisting of double wooden stable doors with narrow 12-pane fanlight and a wooden wicket door with 20-pane fanlight, to the right thereof two arched stable windows with iron tracery and double wooden stable doors with narrow 12-pane fanlight. In the INTERIOR the chimney breast with bread oven has been preserved intact.
