Omschrijving
TOEGANGSBRUG behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Dickninge. Midden-19de-eeuwse (omstreeks 1867) halfrond overwelfde bakstenen brug over de omgrachting, gelegen ten noorden van het huis op de grens van het binnen- en buitenpark van Dickninge, daar waar de drie 17de-eeuwse lanen samenkomen. De licht gezwenkte dambrug is geheel opgetrokken uit bruinrode baksteen en is segmentboogvormig overwelfd. Het metselwerk wordt verlevendigde door een tandlijst en geprofileerde bovenranden. De brug is aan beide zijden afgezet door vier ronde, enigszins taps toelopende gietijzeren staanders waartussen gietijzeren stangen. Originele klinker bestrating.

Description
ACCESS BRIDGE belonging to the historic country estate Dickninge. Mid-19th-century (circa 1867) semi-circular vaulted brick bridge over the moat, located to the north of the house on the boundary between the inner and outer park of Dickninge, where the three 17th-century avenues meet. The gently curved causeway bridge is entirely constructed of brownish-red brick and is segmentally arched. The brickwork is enlivened by a dentil course and profiled upper edges. The bridge is bordered on both sides by four round, slightly tapered cast-iron posts between which are cast-iron rails. Original clinker paving.
