Eenvoudige TUINMANSWONING ontworpen in een sobere eclectische stijl, op een rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken in gele IJselsteen met rode bakstenen rollagen. De woning telt één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping, onder een met zwarte pannen bedekt mansardedak. De kozijnen van vensters en deuren zijn van hout. De vensters zijn voorzien van houten luiken.
De westelijk gesitueerde voorgevel heeft in het midden een ingang, een smalle houten deur met tweeledig bovenlicht, geflankeerd door twee rechthoekige kruisvensters. In de kapverdieping bevinden zich twee eenvoudige dakkapellen. De kopse zuidgevel heeft rechts een smalle dubbele tuindeur en op de verdieping in het midden een rondlicht geflankeerd door rechthoekige kruisvensters. De achtergevel op het oosten heeft op de begane grond drie hoge zesledige schuifvensters en in de kap, geheel rechts, een dakkapel. De noordgevel is vrijwel blind. Hier alleen op de verdieping een klein vierkant kruisvenster.

Simple GARDENER'S LODGE designed in a sober eclectic style, constructed on a rectangular floor plan in yellow IJssel stone with red brick striping courses. The building has one storey and a roof storey, beneath a mansard roof covered with black tiles. The frames of windows and doors are of wood. The windows are fitted with wooden shutters.
The west-facing front facade has in the middle an entrance, a narrow wooden door with two-part fanlight, flanked by two rectangular cross windows. In the roof storey there are two simple roof dormers. The gabled south facade has to the right a narrow double garden door and on the upper storey in the middle a round light flanked by rectangular cross windows. The rear facade facing east has on the ground floor three tall six-light sash windows and in the roof, at the far right, a roof dormer. The north facade is largely blank. Here only on the upper storey a small square cross window.
