Omschrijving onderdeel 13: BOERDERIJ.
Aan de overzijde van de Achterstraat ligt een vroeg 19de-eeuwse boerderij van oorsprong behorende bij de buitenplaats Soelen. De op T-vormige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen boerderij met donkere plint bestaat uit een voorhuis van anderhalve bouwlaag onder een met riet gedekt hoog opgaand schilddak met gemetselde hoekschoorstenen en een achterhuis (stal) onder een met riet gedekt wolfsdak met gemetselde nokschoorsteen. De voorgevel is evenwijdig aan de Achterstraat gesitueerd en heeft een regelmatige indeling met centraal de toegangsdeur met bovenlicht met rechts twee twaalfruits schuifvensters en links twee negenruits opkamervensters. De vensters zijn voorzien van luiken beschilderd met zandlopermotief. Onder de daklijst zijn twee vierruits vensters aangebracht, ook één in de zijgevels. In de rechter zijgevel twee twaalfruits vensters met luiken (rood/wit in zwarte omranding), linker zijgevel een venster. De aansluitende stal heeft een baanderdeur indeling in de achtergevel

Description component 13: FARMHOUSE.
On the other side of the Achterstraat lies an early 19th-century farmhouse originally belonging to the country estate Soelen. The brick farmhouse built on a T-shaped ground plan with dark plinth consists of a front house of one and a half storeys under a high-rising hipped roof covered with thatch with moulded corner chimneys and a rear house (barn) under a half-hipped roof covered with thatch with moulded roof ridge chimney. The front facade is situated parallel to the Achterstraat and has a regular articulation with centrally the entrance door with fanlight with to the right two twelve-light sash windows and to the left two nine-light attic windows. The windows are provided with shutters painted in hourglass motif. Under the cornice are two four-light windows arranged, also one in the side facades. In the right side facade two twelve-light windows with shutters (red/white in black border), left side facade one window. The adjoining barn has a door articulation in the rear facade.
