Omschrijving onderdeel 11: DIENSTWONING.
Ten noorden van de oprijlaan staat een bakstenen l9de-eeuwse dienstwoning (oorspronkelijk dubbele dienstwoning). Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken huis bestaat uit een bouwlaag onder met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak met dakkapellen met wangen en afgesloten door een driezijdig fronton. De gevels kennen een regelmatige indeling van zesruits vensters met luiken beschilderd in zandlopermotief (rood, wit in zwarte omranding).

Description component 11: SERVICE DWELLING.
North of the drive stands a brick 19th-century service dwelling (originally double service dwelling). The house built on a rectangular ground plan consists of a storey under a hipped roof covered with Old Dutch tiles with roof dormers with cheeks and closed off by a three-sided pediment. The facades have a regular articulation of six-light windows with shutters painted in hourglass motif (red, white in black border).
