Omschrijving onderdeel 14: TUINMANSWONING.
Op de hoek van de Achterstraat en Uiterdijk staat de voormalige tuinmanswoning gebouwd in 1893 (blijkens windvaan) in eenvoudige chaletstijl. De op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken woning bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met pannen gedekt dak. In het muurwerk enige speklagen en aan drie zijden vier smeedijzeren muurankers. Vensters met luiken (rood, wit in zwarte omranding).

De TUINMANSWONING behorend tot de buitenplaats Soelen is van algemeen belang:

Description of component 14: GARDENER'S COTTAGE.
On the corner of Achterstraat and Uiterdijk stands the former gardener's cottage built in 1893 (as evidenced by the weather vane) in simple chalet style. The dwelling built on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey under a tile-covered roof. In the masonry some speckled courses and on three sides four wrought-iron wall anchors. Windows with shutters (red, white in black trim).
