Omschrijving onderdeel 5: KOETSHUIS.
Aan de noordkant staat een 19de-eeuws KOETSHUIS, dat thans als kantoor in gebruik is. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken witgepleisterde gebouw met donkere plint bestaat uit anderhalve bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met ruim overstek aan de kopse zijden voorzien van windveren. Ter hoogte van de verdieping loopt een cordonlijst. Rondom het koetshuis ligt een bestrating van Ijsselsteentjes.
De voorgevel heeft in de rechterhelft de houten toegangsdeur met halfrond bovenlicht voorzien van spaakroeden geflankeerd door omlijste halfronde vensters, de linkerhelft heeft drie getoogde mezzanino vensters (tweelicht) in getoogde nissen. De kopse gevel (west) wordt geleed door drie geblokte pilasters waartussen twee getoogde dubbele inrijdeuren van diagonale kraaldelen, in de deuren zijn kleine vensters aangebracht. In de top een rondboogvenster met luiken. De achtergevel met twee rondboogvensters en een mezzanino venster.

Description
Description component 5: COACH HOUSE.
On the north side stands a 19th-century COACH HOUSE, currently in use as an office. The building, erected on a rectangular ground plan and rendered white with a dark plinth, consists of one and a half storeys under a gabled roof covered with dampened Old Dutch tiles with generous overhangs on the gable ends fitted with wind vanes. At the level of the upper storey runs a string course. Surrounding the coach house is a paving of Ijsselsteentjes.
The front facade has in the right half the wooden entrance door with semicircular fanlight fitted with spoke bars flanked by framed semicircular windows; the left half has three arched mezzanine windows (two-light) in arched recesses. The gable end (west) is articulated by three blocked pilasters between which are two arched double carriage doors of diagonal diapered work; small windows are inserted in the doors. At the top a semicircular arch window with shutters. The rear facade with two semicircular arch windows and a mezzanine window.
