Omschrijving onderdeel 13: SCHUUR.
Evenwijdig aan en direct naast de boerderij 'Nieuwe Bouwing' staat een op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen schuur (XIX) onder een pannen wolfdak (oorspronkelijk riet). De straatgevel heeft een baanderdeur geflankeerd door een negenruits stalen stalvenster en een staldeur; op de verdieping een hooiluik. De achtergevel heeft een baanderdeur geflankeerd door een negenruits stalen stalvenster en op de verdieping twee ronde negenruits vensters. In de zijgevels stalvensters. Parallel to and directly adjacent to the farmhouse 'Nieuwe Bouwing' stands a brick barn erected on a rectangular ground plan (19th century) under a half-hipped roof covered with tiles (originally thatch). The street-side facade has a cart door flanked by a nine-light steel stable window and a stable door; on the upper storey a hay opening. The rear facade has a cart door flanked by a nine-light steel stable window and on the upper storey two round nine-light windows. Stable windows in the side facades. The barn appears on the cadastral map of around 1830.
