Omschrijving onderdeel 12: BOERDERIJ 'NIEUWE BOUWING'.
Nabij het hoofdgebouw ligt de boerderij 'Nieuwe Bouwing' uit circa 1800 met de achtergevel naar de weg gekeerd, thans in gebruik als woonhuis. De boerderij valt op door de langgerekte vorm, waarschijnlijk is het gedeelte aan de weg met de dubbele inrijdeuren een koetshuis of wagenstalling geweest met een in het verlengde aangebouwd woonhuis. De boerderij komt voor op de kadastrale minuut van omstreeks 1830.
Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met riet gedekt wolfdak met bakstenen nokvorst en ter hoogte van het woonhuis twee gemetselde schoorstenen. De gevels zijn gemetseld in kruisverband met zwart geschilderde plint, de achtergevel is witgepleisterd.
De voorgevel aan de noordzijde heeft negen vensterassen met acht 24-ruits schuifvensters en een excentrisch geplaatste deur met gedeeld bovenlicht. De muur is opnieuw opgemetseld, de twee rechter vensters en de dakkapel zijn van recente datum. In de gevel aan de wegzijde bevindt zich een de dubbele inrijdeur onder een kortboog met een 24-ruits schuifvenster daarboven. Aan de westkant van de blind uitgevoerde achtergevel springt een nieuw aangebouwde vleugel ten behoeve van het woongedeelte naar voren, deze aanbouw is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.

Description component 12: FARMHOUSE 'NIEUWE BOUWING'.
Near the main building stands the farmhouse 'Nieuwe Bouwing' from circa 1800 with its rear facade facing the road, currently in use as a dwelling. The farmhouse is notable for its elongated form; presumably the section on the road with the double coach doors was formerly a coach house or wagon shed with a dwelling house built in line with it. The farmhouse appears on the cadastral map of around 1830.
The brick building erected on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey and a roof chamber under a half-hipped roof covered with thatch with a brick ridge and at the level of the dwelling house two brick chimneys. The facades are laid in Flemish bond with a black-painted plinth; the rear facade is rendered in white.
The front facade on the north side has nine window bays with eight 24-light sash windows and an eccentrically placed door with fanlight above it. The wall has been rebuilt, the two right windows and the roof dormer are of recent date. In the facade on the road side there is a double coach door under a flat arch with a 24-light sash window above it. On the west side of the blind rear facade projects a newly built wing for the residential part; this outbuilding is of subordinate importance for the protection.
