Op T-vormig grondplan gebouwde AUTOGARAGE MET BAARRUIMTE ter hoogte van één bouwlaag met samengestelde kap met lei in Maasdekking. Het gebouw is opgetrokken in rode baksteen die op plint- en dorpelhoogte wordt afgewisseld met sierbeton en natuursteen. De garage ligt in een L-vorm. De baarruimte bevindt zich in het resterende deel van het T-volume aan de westzijde.
De garage heeft twee grote vierdelige draaideuren in de oost- en zuidgevel. De baarruimte heeft een deur in de zuidgevel. In de geveltoppen en in de binnenhoek zijn kleine horizontale drielichtsvensters geplaatst.
De garagedeuren vormen vanaf de plint een halve cirkel. Net als de deur naar de baarruimte betreft het houten paneeldeuren. De baarruimte is via een binnendeur verbonden met de garage.

Built on a T-shaped ground plan MOTOR GARAGE WITH MORTUARY ROOM at the level of one storey with composite roof with slate in Dutch bond. The building is constructed in red brick which is alternated with decorative concrete and natural stone at plinth and threshold height. The garage is laid out in an L-shape. The mortuary room is located in the remaining part of the T-volume on the west side.
The garage has two large four-part revolving doors in the east and south facades. The mortuary room has a door in the south facade. Small horizontal three-light windows are placed in the gable tops and in the inner corner.
The garage doors form a semi-circle from the plinth. Like the door to the mortuary room, these are wooden panel doors. The mortuary room is connected to the garage via an interior door.
Valuation
The motor garage with mortuary room is of general importance from a cultural-historical and architectural-historical point of view, as well as a functional and original component of the care home Spaar en Hout.
