Direct naast het grafmonument van diens vader (C. Outshoorn) - en mogelijk ook naar ontwerp van C. Outshoorn - gesitueerd zuilvormig grafmonument op getrapte vierkante basis ter ere van Jan Outshoorn. De basis bevat de tekst: "Jan Outshoorn gebooren 17 july 1830 overleden 5 mei 1857". Voorts: "Eeuwig gaat voor oogenblik J.V.V." In de voet de naam van de fabrikant: "Leclerc Bruxelles".
Waardering
Het gaaf bewaarde grafmonument ter ere van Jan Outshoorn is van belang uit cultuurhistorisch oogpunt als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex van de Algemene Begraafplaats Kleverlaan. Het object heeft daarbij ensemblewaarde in relatie tot het aangrenzende grafmonument van C. Outshoorn.
