TUINMANSWONING MET BAKKEET. Aan de noordzijde van het voorplein staat een 18de-eeuws bouwhuis, oorspronkelijk boerderij, van gele baksteen (IJsselsteentjes) en houten delen. Het op L-vormige grondslag opgetrokken gebouw bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. De vensterindeling van de voorgevel is in de 19de eeuw gewijzigd. Aan de voorzijde is een klein gedeelte in gebruik als oranjerie herkenbaar aan de twee grote achtruitsvensters met persiennes uiterst links in de gevel. Verder is deze gevel ingedeeld met drie kleinere meerruits schuifvensters met luiken. In de zijgevel (west) bevindt zich de toegang tot de oranjerie bestaande uit een opgeklampte deur met groot vierruits bovenlicht. Schuin daarboven een dakkapel. Haaks op de voorgevel staat een schuur van gepotdekselde delen op een bakstenen fundament met aan de achterzijde een luidklok. In het dakschild zijn twee houten hooiluiken aangebracht. De toegang tot het woonhuis bevindt zich in de achtergevel bestaande uit een opgeklampte deur met origineel hang- en sluitwerk; daarboven een dakkapel. Achter het bouwhuis staat een op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken 18de-eeuwse bakstenen BAKKEET met zwart geschilderde plint onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met schoorsteen. Tegen de westgevel een klein aanbouw onder een lessenaarsdak.

GARDENER'S DWELLING WITH BAKEHOUSE. On the north side of the forecourt stands an 18th-century service building, originally a farmhouse, of yellow brick (IJsselsteentjes) and wooden components. The building, erected on an L-shaped ground plan, consists of one storey under a hipped roof covered with Old Dutch tiles. The window arrangement of the front facade was altered in the 19th century. At the front, a small section used as an orangery is identifiable by two large sash windows with shutters at the far left of the facade. Furthermore, this facade is divided with three smaller multi-pane sash windows with shutters. In the side facade (west) is the entrance to the orangery consisting of a clamped door with a large four-pane fanlight. Diagonally above it a roof dormer. Perpendicular to the front facade stands a shed of tarred components on a brick foundation with a bell on the rear side. In the roof panel two wooden hay doors are installed. The entrance to the dwelling is located in the rear facade consisting of a clamped door with original hinges and closing hardware; above it a roof dormer. Behind the service building stands an 18th-century brick BAKEHOUSE erected on a rectangular ground plan with black-painted plinth under a gabled roof covered with Old Dutch tiles with a chimney.
