KOETSIERSWONING. Aan de zuidzijde van het voorplein staat het in oorsprong 18de-eeuwse koetshuis van gele baksteen (IJsselsteentjes). Het op L-vormige grondslag opgetrokken gebouw bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. De gevel aan het voorplein heeft uiterst rechts een dubbele houten inrijdeur, links daarvan een opgeklampte staldeur met meerruits bovenlicht en een meerruitsvenster met halve luiken. In de oostgevel bevindt zich uiterst links de opgeklampte toegangsdeur met daarnaast twee meerruitsvensters met binnenluiken, een luik en een hooiluik, die boven de gootlijst uitsteekt. De recente aanbouw met keuken is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. In het INTERIEUR is ondermeer van belang de paardenstal met boxen en hardstenen voederbakken; de woonkamer met kleine schouw en een bedstedewand met spinde.

COACHMAN'S HOUSE. On the south side of the forecourt stands the originally 18th-century coach house of yellow brick (Ijsselsteentjes). The building erected on an L-shaped ground plan consists of one storey under a hipped roof covered with muffled Old Dutch tiles. The facade on the forecourt has on the far right a double wooden carriage entrance door, to the left of it a clamped stable door with multi-light fanlight and a multi-light window with half shutters. In the east facade is on the far left the clamped entrance door with next to it two multi-light windows with interior shutters, a shutter and a hay shutter, which projects above the gutter line. The recent extension with kitchen is of subordinate importance for the preservation. In the INTERIOR the horse stable with boxes and sandstone feed troughs is notably important; the living room with small fireplace and a bed alcove wall with cupboard.
