Omschrijving
TUINMANSWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats Huis Oolde. Aan de Ooldselaan ligt een voormalige tuinmanswoning uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand met gepleisterde plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder en met gesmoord Hollandse pannen afgeplat schilddak. Iets onder de dakrand loopt een natuurstenen waterlijst. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft een puntgevel (steekkapje) waaronder de ingangspartij geflankeerd door houten zuiltjes die een balkon dragen. De gevels kennen een regelmatige indeling met T-vensters onder segmentbogen met natuurstenen geboorte- en sluitstenen.

Description
GARDENER'S COTTAGE belonging to the country estate Huis Oolde. On the Ooldselaan stands a former gardener's cottage from the second half of the 19th century. The brick building, erected on a rectangular ground plan with rendered plinth, consists of one storey and is roofed with a hipped roof covered with muted Dutch tiles. Just below the eaves runs a natural stone drip moulding. The symmetrically arranged front facade has a stepped gable (small pitched roof) beneath which the entrance section is flanked by wooden columns supporting a balcony. The facades feature a regular arrangement with T-windows under segmental arches with natural stone voussoirs and keystones.
