Omschrijving
KOETSIERSWONING met HEK in eenvoudige en verzorgde Overgangsstijl, opgetrokken in witgeverfde baksteen op een grijsgeschilderde plint, onder samengestelde zadeldaken; aan de voorzijde gedekt met oranje geglazuurde Friese platte pannen, aan de achterzijde met zwarte platte Friese pannen. In de topgevels aan zuid- en westzijde houten staand beschot; strakke windveren op houten consoles. De gevels hebben oranje bakstenen accenten, waaronder de rollaag die de bovenzijde der vensters omgeeft en de onderdorpels. Op de begane grond aan de zuid- en westzijde bevinden zich H-vensters met meer-ruits glas-in-lood bovenlichten; in de topgevel aan de zuidzijde een dubbel zesruitsvenster.
Aan de linkerzijde van de zuidgevel is de vernieuwde voordeur teruggelegen in een portiek onder zadeldak; het dak steunt op een houten bewerkte kolom en gedecoreerde sierspanten, op een witgeverfde muur met oranje bakstenen rollaag. De oostgevel is verder blind. In de achtergevel zit een groot getoogd dubbel zesruits schuifraam; een nieuw bakstenen gedeelte onder plat dak is aangebouwd. Het INTERIEUR: behalve het balkenplafond in de woonkamer, zijn geen originele interieuronderdelen meer aanwezig.
Het smeedijzeren HEK is eenvoudig gedecoreerd en vormt een eenheid met het hek voor de dokterswoning; puntvormige spijlen, onderbroken door spijlen die via een boog met elkaar verbonden zijn.
Waardering
De koetsierswoning met hek uit ongeveer 1915 is van algemeen cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch belang:
- als essentieel ruimtelijk- en functioneel onderdeel van het complex met dokterswoning en schuur;
- vanwege de bouwstijl in Overgangsarchitectuur;

Description
COACHMAN'S HOUSE with FENCE in simple and carefully executed Transitional style, built in whitewashed brick on a grey-painted plinth, under composite gabled roofs; on the front covered with orange glazed Frisian flat tiles, on the rear with black flat Frisian tiles. In the gable ends on the south and west sides wooden boards; clean wind braces on wooden consoles. The facades have orange brick accents, including the roll course which surrounds the top of the windows and the under-sills. On the ground floor on the south and west sides there are H-windows with multi-pane leaded glass fanlights; in the gable end on the south side a double six-pane window.
On the left side of the south facade the renewed front door is set back in a porch under a gabled roof; the roof is supported by a wooden worked column and decorated ornamental braces, on a whitewashed wall with orange brick roll course. The east facade is otherwise blind. In the rear facade there is a large arched double six-pane sash window; a new brick section under a flat roof has been attached. The INTERIOR: apart from the beam ceiling in the living room, no original interior components are present.
The wrought-iron FENCE is simply decorated and forms a unit with the fence in front of the doctor's house; pointed spikes, interrupted by spikes which are connected to each other via an arch.
Valuation
The coachman's house with fence from approximately 1915 is of general cultural-historical and architectural-historical importance:
- as an essential spatial and functional component of the complex with doctor's house and barn;
- owing to the building style in Transitional architecture;
