Kleine SCHUUR achter de koetsierswoning, waarschijnlijk uit ongeveer 1915, opgetrokken in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele trant, in witgeschilderde baksteen onder zadeldak gedekt met oranje Hollandse pannen; strakke windveren; goot op consoles. In de lange zuidgevel bevindt zich een houten deur met zijlichten; in de ongeverfde bakstenen westgevel een klein venster onder segmentboog en een zeer ondiepe aanbouw van latere datum onder zadeldak, met deur.
Waardering
De kleine schuur uit ongeveer 1915 is algemeen belang:
- als functioneel onderdeel van het complex met dokterswoning en koetsiershuis;
- vanwege de redelijke mate van gaafheid.

Small SHED behind the coachman's house, probably from around 1915, built in Crafts-Traditionalist style, in whitewashed brick under a gabled roof tiled with orange Dutch tiles; taut wind braces; gutter on consoles. In the long south gable there is a wooden door with side lights; in the unpainted brick west gable a small window under a segmental arch and a very shallow extension of later date under a gabled roof, with door.
Valuation
The small shed from around 1915 is of general significance:
- as a functional component of the complex with doctor's house and coachman's house;
- because of the reasonable degree of integrity.
