Omschrijving complexonderdeel 1
De AANLEG bestaat uit een vijfzijdig vooruitspringend en verhoogd terrein, aan drie zijden omringd door water. Aan de straatzijde (westzijde) staat een poortgebouw met aansluitend een spijlenwerk op gemetselde voet. Aan de zuidwestzijde bevindt zich een tweede toegang met een eenvoudig tweevleugelig spijlen hekwerk. De aanleg heeft een centrale middenas gelegen in het verlengde van de hoofdtoegangspoort. Aan weerszijden van deze middenas liggen rijen graven. Het terrein wordt omringd door hoog geboomte, bestaande uit kastanjes, beuken en lindebomen.
Waardering complexonderdeel 1
De aanleg van de begraafplaats is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een eenvoudige symmetrische negentiende-eeuwse aanleg, omzoomd door bomen en voorzien van een neoclassicistisch poortgebouw. Tevens is het van belangrijke ensemblewaarde in relatie met het poortgebouw.

The LAYOUT consists of a pentagonal projecting and raised terrain, surrounded on three sides by water. On the street side (west side) stands a gatehouse with adjoining railings on a masonry base. On the southwest side there is a second access with a simple double-winged railings fence. The layout has a central middle axis situated in the extension of the main access gate. On both sides of this middle axis lie rows of graves. The terrain is surrounded by tall trees, consisting of chestnuts, beeches and lime trees.
Valuation complex component 1
The layout of the cemetery is of general importance because of its cultural historical value as an example of a simple symmetrical nineteenth-century layout, edged by trees and provided with a neoclassical gatehouse. It is also of important ensemble value in relation to the gatehouse.
