Omschrijving complexonderdeel 2
Rechtsachter (noordoostzijde) het hoofdgebouw is het KOETSHUIS gesitueerd. Het is een bakstenen pand van één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak gedekt met blauwe Hollandse pannen, met de nok evenwijdig aan de weg en voorzien van gesneden windveren en gootlijst. Rondom zijn sierankers aangebracht. Tegen de achtergevel met deur is een houten aanbouw met lessenaarsdak geplaatst.
De voorgevel (zuidzijde) is symmetrisch ingedeeld met in het midden een dubbele getoogde deur voorzien van een gepleisterde paneelomlijsting en met aan weerszijden een halfrond gietijzeren roedenvenster. De dubbele deur geeft toegang tot het koetshuis met een originele houten tuigagekast geschilderd in pasteltinten.
De linkerzijgevel bevat twee vensters op de begane grond en een groot stolpvenster op de zolderverdieping.
In de rechterzijgevel is de ingang tot de paardenstal met drie negentiende eeuwse (van elders afkomstige) paardenboxen.

Het object is van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een koetshuis, alsmede vanwege de gaafheid van hoofdvorm en detaillering, voorts vanwege waardevolle interieurelementen als tuigagekast en paardenboxen.

Description complex component 2
To the rear (northeast side) of the main building is situated the CARRIAGE HOUSE. It is a brick building of one storey under a gabled roof covered with blue Dutch tiles, with the ridge parallel to the road and fitted with carved wind vanes and drip moulding. Ornamental wall anchors are installed all around. Against the rear facade with a door, a wooden outbuilding with a lean-to roof has been placed.
The front facade (south side) is symmetrically arranged with in the centre a double arched door fitted with a plastered panel surround and on either side a semicircular cast-iron glazed window. The double door gives access to the carriage house with an original wooden harness rack painted in pastel tones.
The left side facade contains two windows on the ground floor and a large attic window on the upper floor.
In the right side facade is the entrance to the horse stable with three nineteenth-century (from elsewhere) horse boxes.
Valuation complex component 2
The object is of architectural-historical value as an example of a carriage house, as well as due to the integrity of its main form and detailing, furthermore due to valuable interior elements such as the harness rack and horse boxes.
Finally of significant ensemble value in relation to the main building and the surrounding garden.
