Inleiding
VERENIGINGSGEBOUW dat in 1925 is opgericht in opdracht van "De Vereniging de IJsclub Oudkerk". Met de uitvoering was H.H. van der Meulen uit Oudkerk belast. Het gebouwtje, dat fraai is gelegen in het Oudkerkstermeer, is alleen per boot of op de schaats bereikbaar.
Omschrijving
Het verenigingsgebouw staat op 8 betonnen palen in het water. Het is opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen onder lessenaarsdak gedekt met golfplaten. De topgevel is afgeknot, met toppilasters met daarop een metalen bol op de hoeken; ook de aanzet van dit geveldeel wordt geaccentueerd door twee gemetselde pilasters. Bovenin zijn vier jaartalankers aangebracht met het jaartal "19 25"; iets lager twee gevelstenen met de tekst: "IJsclub Oudkerk". De voorgevel wordt bijna geheel gevuld door een houten, samengesteld venster met horizontale roedeverdeling, onder een latei met daarboven een rollaag. In de rechter zijgevel zit een deur en een deels vernieuwd raam. De achtergevel heeft twee vensters; deur en vensters staan onder rollaag.
Waardering
Het verenigingsgebouw voor de Isclub Oudkerk uit 1925 is van algemeen cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch belang:

ASSSOCIATION BUILDING that was established in 1925 on commission of "The Association the Ice Club Oudkerk". The execution was entrusted to H.H. van der Meulen from Oudkerk. The little building, which is beautifully situated in the Oudkerkstermeer, is only accessible by boat or on skates.
Description
The association building stands on 8 concrete piles in the water. It is constructed in reddish-brown brick under a sloping roof covered with corrugated sheeting. The top gable is truncated, with gable pilasters topped with a metal ball at the corners; the articulation of this gable section is also emphasized by two mortared pilasters. At the top four year-stones are placed with the year "19 25"; slightly lower two stone tablets with the text: "Ice Club Oudkerk". The front gable is almost entirely filled by a wooden, composite window with horizontal glazing bars, under a lintel with above it a roller-course. In the right side gable is a door and a partly renewed window. The rear gable has two windows; door and windows stand under roller-course.
