Omschrijving
BIJSCHUUR uit omstreeks 1912 van bruine gezande baksteen onder met zwarte Friese golfpannen gedekt zadeldak met wolfseind en uileborden. Houten dakkapel met lattendeurtjes in het dakschild aan de noordgevel. Getoogde stalvensters met sierroedeverdeling onder segmentboog strekken van gele kalkzandsteen in de zijgevels. Centraal in de achtergevel een opgeklampte staldeur met drieruits zijlicht.
Waardering
De bijschuur is van algemeen belang:
- als ruimtelijk en functioneel essentieel onderdeel van het complex van rentenierswoning en bijschuur;
- vanwege de detaillering.

ANCILLARY BARN from circa 1912 of brown sanded brick under a gabled roof covered with black Frisian wave tiles with half-hipped end and gable boards. Wooden roof dormer with slatted small doors in the roof slope on the north gable. Arched stable windows with ornamental glazing bars under segmental arch spanning of yellow lime-sandstone in the side gables. Centrally in the rear gable a clamped stable door with three-light side light.

The ancillary barn is of general importance:
