Inleiding
GRAFMONUMENT in 1881 opgericht ter nagedachtenis aan de laatste bewoners van het hoofdhuis, de heer en mevrouw Lefèvre de Montigny-Bisdom van Vliet gesitueerd in de overtuin.
Omschrijving
Het monument bestaat uit een hardstenen grafzerk voorzien van florale motieven in haut-reliëf. De zerk wordt afgedekt door een donkere hardstenen plaat met in haut-reliëf de namen van de begravenen (Johan Jacob Lefèvre de Montigny 1840-1881 en Paulina Maria Bisdom van Vliet 1840-1923). Verder decoraties in lichtere steen in de vorm van een familiewapen en een medaillon met de symbolen van geloof, hoop en liefde.
Waardering
Het grafmonument is cultuurhistorisch van algemeen belang als reminiscentie aan de laatste bewoners van Bisdom van Vliet. Het graf is tevens van waarde vanwege de eenvoudige maar fraaie vormgeving.
Bovendien bezit dit graf ensemblewaarde als onderdeel van de diverse sierelementen in de overtuin.

MONUMENTAL GRAVE erected in 1881 in memory of the last inhabitants of the main house, Mr. and Mrs. Lefèvre de Montigny-Bisdom van Vliet situated in the far garden.
Description
The monument consists of a hard stone grave slab provided with floral motifs in high relief. The slab is covered by a dark hard stone plate with in high relief the names of the buried (Johan Jacob Lefèvre de Montigny 1840-1881 and Paulina Maria Bisdom van Vliet 1840-1923). Further decorations in lighter stone in the form of a family coat of arms and a medallion with the symbols of faith, hope and charity.
Valuation
The monumental grave is of general cultural-historical importance as a reminiscence of the last inhabitants of Bisdom van Vliet. The grave is also of value because of its simple but elegant design.
Moreover, this grave possesses ensemble value as part of the various ornamental elements in the far garden.
