DIENSTWONING. Direct aan de Wüstelaan ligt een voormalige dienstwoning, thans restaurant, gebouwd in 1835 (zie gevelsteen) in Zwitserse chaletstijl door J.D. Zocher jr. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met riet gedekt zadeldak met breed overstek en een trapsgewijs verspringende dakrand. Aan de straatzijde een houten veranda op de verdieping, waaronder een dubbele toegangsdeur geflankeerd door stalvensters. De zijgevels worden gekenmerkt door rondboogvensters met luiken. Aan weerskanten van de voorgevel van de dienstwoning staat langs de stoep aan de Wüstelaan een ijzeren spijlenhek uit ca.1910 (erfafscheiding). Het hek bestaat uit dubbele aan de bovenzijde omgebogen en elkaar overlappende ijzeren spijlen onderbroken door hekpijlers van gietijzeren colonnetten met palmetmotief bekroond door een pijnappel.

SERVANTS' LODGE. Directly on the Wüstelaan stands a former servants' lodge, now a restaurant, built in 1835 (see foundation stone) in Swiss chalet style by J.D. Zocher jr. The building erected on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey and an attic storey under a reed-thatched gabled roof with broad overhang and a stepped projecting roof edge. On the street side a wooden veranda on the upper storey, beneath which a double entrance door flanked by stable windows. The side facades are characterised by round-arched windows with shutters. On either side of the front facade of the servants' lodge stands along the pavement on the Wüstelaan an iron railing circa 1910 (boundary fence). The railing consists of double iron rails bent upwards at the top and overlapping one another interrupted by railing pillars of cast-iron colonnettes crowned with a palmette motif topped by a pinecone.
