Inleiding
De bij het boerderijcomplex behorende SCHUUR, vormgegeven in een Traditioneel Ambachtelijke trant, stamt mogelijk nog uit de 18de eeuw, dan wel uit de 19de eeuw. Ze bestaat uit een stalgedeelte met daarboven een hooizolder, die mogelijk tevens als vloedzolder heeft gefungeerd.
Omschrijving
Vrijstaande schuur is opgetrokken in ijsselsteen met deels gepotdekselde wanden onder een rieten tentdak, dat aan één zijde korter is. Aan de voorzijde zijn onder de dakrand drie vierruitsschuiframen geplaatst. De linker zijgevel, aan de bovenzijde afgeknot, bestaat grotendeels uit gepotdekselde delen en heeft twee hooiluiken op de zolder. Het linker, deels uit baksteen opgetrokken deel bevat twee rondbogige stalvensters. De achtergevel heeft een drietal staldeuren.
Waardering
De bij het boerderijcomplex behorende schuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als karakteristiek voorbeeld van een mogelijk 18de-, danwel 19de-eeuws stal met hooizolder, vormgeven in een Traditioneel Ambachtelijke bouwtrant. De schuur is bouwhistorisch waardevol en is redelijk gaaf in hoofdvorm en wat betreft materiaalgebruik en detaillering. De schuur heeft landschappelijke en ensemblewaarde door de ruimtelijke en functionele relatie met de bijbehorende boerderij en het omliggende erf, die te samen beeldbepalend gesitueerd zijn aan de voet van de dijk en als zodanig onderdeel vormen van de vrij open, landelijke bebouwingsstructuur van Goudriaan in het bijzonder en de Krimpenerwaard in het algemeen.
