Omschrijving onderdeel 3: TUINMANSWONING.
De tuinmanswoning is een eenvoudig pand uit het laatst van de 19e eeuw op een rechthoekige plattegrond van een verdieping onder met pannen gedekt zadeldak. De zuidgevel ligt georiënteerd op de as van de Damlaan. De gevels zijn uitgevoerd in baksteen met op de hoeken gepleisterde bloklisenen. In de gevels diverse venstertypen uit verschillende, ook recente, bouwperioden. Gekartelde windveren langs de dakrand.
Waardering
De TUINMANSWONING, behorend tot de historische buitenplaats 't Klaphek is van algemeen belang:

Description component 3: GARDENER'S COTTAGE.
The gardener's cottage is a simple building from the late 19th century on a rectangular ground plan of one storey under a pan-tiled gabled roof. The south facade is oriented on the axis of the Damlaan. The facades are executed in brick with plastered block mouldings at the corners. Various window types from different, also recent, building periods in the facades. Serrated wind braces along the roof edge.
