Koetshuis dat onderdeel uitmaakt van het complex 'Oosterwijk' uit 1861.
Omschrijving
Ten noordoosten van het landhuis gelegen vrijstaand KOETSHUIS bestaande uit twee bouwlagen onder zadeldak. Het zadeldak, waarvan de noklijn noord-zuid loopt, is bekleed met grijze en rode Hollandse pannen. Aan de kopse gevelzijden zijn gladde houten windveren langs de overstekende dakrand aangebracht. Bij de zuidelijke kopse gevelzijde wordt het overstek ondersteund door houten kraagstukken. De gevels van het koetshuis zijn gecementeerd en staan op een iets uitspringende gecementeerde plint.
De zuidelijke kopse gevelzijde bestaat op de begane grond uit een dubbele houten staldeur met bovenlichten. Vlak boven deze staldeur bevindt zich ter hoogte van de verdieping een dubbel licht gebogen venster met ijzeren roedenverdeling. Dit venster is omrand door een geprofileerde gecementeerde wenkbrauw welke over de rest van deze gevel doorloopt als een band die de scheiding tussen de begane grond en de verdieping aangeeft. In de geveltop van de zuidgevel bevindt zich een ijzeren roosvenster.
De oostelijke langsgevel is, op een houten deur links en een ijzeren roosvenster rechtsonder na, blind. De westelijke langsgevel is eveneens blind op een ijzeren roosvenster linksonder na.
De achtergevel (noord) bezit op de begane grond in het midden een houten zesruits schuifvenster met gebogen bovendorpel. Ter hoogte van de verdieping bevindt zich in deze gevelzijde een dubbel openslaand houten luik ter grootte van het schuifvenster op de begane grond.
Waardering
Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang vanwege zijn architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex "Oosterwijk".

Description
Located to the north-east of the country house, a detached COACH HOUSE consisting of two storeys under a gabled roof. The gabled roof, whose ridge line runs north-south, is clad with grey and red Dutch tiles. Smooth wooden bargeboards are attached along the overhanging eaves at the gable end sides. At the southern gable end side, the overhang is supported by wooden brackets. The facades of the coach house are rendered and stand on a slightly projecting rendered plinth.
The southern gable end side consists on the ground floor of a double wooden stable door with fanlights. Just above this stable door, at the level of the first floor, there is a double-light arched window with iron glazing bars. This window is framed by a moulded rendered eyebrow which continues across the rest of this facade as a band indicating the division between the ground floor and the first floor. In the gable top of the south facade there is an iron grille window.
The eastern long side is, apart from a wooden door on the left and an iron grille window on the lower right, blank. The western long side is likewise blank apart from an iron grille window on the lower left.
The rear facade (north) has in the middle on the ground floor a wooden six-pane sash window with an arched top lintel. At the level of the first floor, this facade has a double-opening wooden shutter the same size as the sash window on the ground floor.
Valuation
The coach house is of general importance because of its architectural and cultural-historical value as a historically-functional component of the complex "Oosterwijk".
