Langgerekt bouwvolume over een en twee bouwlagen opgetrokken in rode machinale baksteen op een gepleisterde plint onder een samengesteld schilddak gedekt met rode Hollandse pannen;in het zuidelijke en westelijke dakschild een grote dakkapel met dubbele rondboogvormige vensters onder plat dak en flankerend vier kleine ronde omlijste dakkapellen.
Symmetrisch opgebouwde voorgevel gesierd met gepleisterde banden. Centraal geplaatst twee verdiepingen tellend ingangsrisaliet dat beëindigd wordt door een fronton met sgraffitodecoratie in het timpaan. Op de begane grond gepleisterde hoeklisenen met schijnvoegen. Dubbele en enkele deuren met rondboogvormige bovenlichten binnen geprofileerde stuclijst. Links en rechts boven de deuren cartouches. Mezzanino met vensters. Verdieping met drie vensters onder rondbogen in geprofileerde gestucte lijst met hoofdgestel. Links van het risaliet twee traveeën, rechts ervan een travee, beide op dezelfde wijze vormgegeven: gemarkeerd door dubbele lisenen met fantasiekapiteel; in elke travee twee vensters met stuclijst en hoofdgestel; attiek op uitkragende daklijst op klossen met cartouches op de hoeken en tussen de traveeën van het linker geveldeel.
De linker zijgevel is vormgegeven als een travee van de voorgevel. De deels gerenoveerde CONCERTZAAL bevat onder andere een hangend balkon en een cassetteplafond.

Elongated building volume over one and two storeys built in red mechanical brick on a plastered plinth under a composite hipped roof covered with red Dutch tiles; in the southern and western roof slope a large roof dormer with double round arch-shaped windows under flat roof and flanking four small round-framed roof dormers.
Symmetrically constructed front facade decorated with plastered bands. Centrally placed two-storey entrance risalite terminated by a pediment with sgraffito decoration in the tympanum. On the ground floor plastered corner pilasters with false joints. Double and single doors with round arch-shaped fanlights within moulded stucco frame. Left and right above the doors cartouches. Mezzanine with windows. First floor with three windows under round arches in moulded stucco frame with entablature. Left of the risalite two bays, right of it one bay, both constructed in the same manner: marked by double pilasters with fantasy capital; in each bay two windows with stucco frame and entablature; attic on projecting cornice on brackets with cartouches on the corners and between the bays of the left facade section.
The left side facade is designed as a bay of the front facade. The partly renovated CONCERT HALL contains among other things a hanging balcony and a coffered ceiling.
