Omschrijving
Omstreeks 1850-80 tot stand gekomen eenlaags BOLLENSCHUUR met zolder onder zadeldak met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. In de gevels, opgetrokken in bruine baksteen, regelmatig geplaatste kenmerkende droogdeuren. In de noordgevel de entree met dubbele houten deur. Inwendig is een deel van de droogstellingen bewaard gebleven.
Waardering
De bollenschuur is van algemeen belang wegens cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de kenmerkende typologie en de redelijke mate van gaafheid in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering.
De bollenschuur heeft ensemblewaarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex Van Eeden in de dorpskern van Noordwijk-Binnen.

Around 1850-80 single-storey BULB SHED with loft under gabled roof with muffled Dutch tiles. In the façades, built in brown brick, regularly placed characteristic dry doors. In the north façade the entrance with double wooden door. Internally part of the drying racks has been preserved.
Valuation
The bulb shed is of general importance because of cultural and architectural-historical value because of the characteristic typology and the reasonable degree of integrity in main form, material use and detailing.
The bulb shed has ensemble value as a historical-functional component of the Van Eeden complex in the village centre of Noordwijk-Binnen.
