De BOLLENSCHUUR ANNEX WERKPLAATS (voormalig koetshuisje) behorend tot het complex Van Eeden heeft een smalle langgerekte rechthoekig plattegrond en telt één bouwlaag met zolder onder mansardekap. De smalle voorgevel aan de Voorstraat (oost) is opgetrokken in bruine baksteen. De bijzondere in- en uitzwenkende geveltop in helrode baksteen heeft dezelfde horizontale sierbanden van gele baksteen als de voorgevel van het woonhuis. Op de begane grond een samengesteld kozijn van drie zesruits vensters. In de geveltop een dubbele zesruits droogdeur. Zuidgevel met dezelfde droogdeuren en deurpartij. In het gedeelte van de werkplaats een opgeklampte deur en venster. Inwendig zijn op de zolder droogstellingen bewaard gebleven.
Waardering
Het in 1927 tot bollenschuur verbouwde koetshuis uit omstreeks 1880 is van algemeen belang wegens cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de bijzondere in- en uitzwenkende topgevel en de redelijke mate van gaafheid in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering van het exterieur. Inwendig zijn op zolder de droogstellingen bewaard gebleven.
Tevens heeft het pand ensemblewaarde wegens de functionele, ruimtelijke en stilistische samenhang met de overige onderdelen van het complex Van Eeden en de bijzondere situering in het beschermde dorpsgezicht van Noordwijk-Binnen.

Description
The BULB SHED ANNEX WORKSHOP (former coach house) belonging to the Van Eeden complex has a narrow elongated rectangular ground plan and has one storey with loft under mansard roof. The narrow front façade on the Voorstraat (east) is built in brown brick. The distinctive inward and outward-sloping gable top in bright red brick has the same horizontal decorative bands of yellow brick as the front façade of the residence. On the ground floor a composite window frame of three six-light windows. In the gable top a double six-light dry door. South façade with the same dry doors and door section. In the workshop section a clamped door and window. Internally, drying racks have been preserved on the loft.
Valuation
The coach house from around 1880, converted to a bulb shed in 1927, is of general importance because of cultural and architectural-historical value because of the distinctive inward and outward-sloping top gable and the reasonable degree of integrity in main form, material use and detailing of the exterior.
