ONDERDEEL 5
KAS IN MOESTUIN: de kas (vierde kwart negentiende eeuw) heeft een bakstenen achtermuur die aan de buitenzijde op regelmatige afstand is geleed met eensteens beertjes en heeft twee toegangen onder een boogstelling; de driehoekig gevormde zijgevels zijn van baksteen, de hellende zuidgevel bestaat uit glas in een raamwerk van zinken roeden en rust op een bakstenen voeting. Gerestaureerd in 1992.
Waardering: De KAS IN DE MOESTUIN beschikt over algemeen monumentenbelang: - vanwege de ouderdom; - omdat de functioneel-historische relatie tot de naaste omgeving eenduidig herkenbaar behouden is gebleven; - omdat aan een kas van dergelijk grote omvang zeldzaamheidswaarde kan worden toegekend.

GREENHOUSE IN KITCHEN GARDEN: the greenhouse (fourth quarter nineteenth century) has a brick rear wall which on the outside is articulated at regular intervals with one-brick corbels and has two entrances under a barrel arch; the triangular-shaped side facades are of brick, the sloping south-facing facade consists of glass in a framework of zinc rods and rests on a brick base. Restored in 1992.
Valuation: The GREENHOUSE IN THE KITCHEN GARDEN possesses general monument value: - by reason of its age; - because the functional-historical relationship to the immediate surroundings has remained unambiguously recognisable; - because to a greenhouse of such considerable size rarity value can be ascribed.
