Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats De Ulenpas. Ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw een witgepleisterd koetshuis met een woongedeelte uit de derde kwart van de 19de eeuw. Het op L-vormige grondslag opgetrokken pand bestaat uit één (koetshuis) en twee bouwlagen (woondeel) afgewerkt met een doorlopende lijst en overkapt door een met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt, flauw hellend schilddak. De gevels met geblokte hoeklisenen worden geleed door deuren en vensters met natuurstenen onderdorpels. In de symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel drie omlijste dubbele inrijdeuren met halfrond gietijzeren bovenlicht voorzien van spaakroeden. Boven de middelste poort een omlijst meerruitsvenster met halfrond gietijzeren bovenlicht voorzien van spaakroeden gesitueerd onder een frontonvormige oplopende daklijst. Aan weerszijden van de middelste poort twee omlijste meerruitsvensters met halfrond gepleisterde bovenvelden voorzien van een gebeeldhouwd paardenhoofd. Overige gevels hebben een invulling met meerruitsvensters, deels voorzien van luiken, toegangsdeur met bovenlicht (zij- en achtergevel) en in de achtergevel een dubbele inrijdeur met halfrond bovenlicht voorzien van spaakroeden.

Description
CARRIAGE HOUSE belonging to the country estate De Ulenpas. To the north of the main building a whitewashed carriage house with a residential part from the third quarter of the 19th century. The building erected on an L-shaped ground plan consists of one storey (carriage house) and two storeys (residential part) finished with a continuous cornice and covered by a gently sloping hipped roof covered with suppressed Old Dutch tiles. The facades with rusticated corner pilasters are articulated by doors and windows with natural stone sills. In the symmetrically arranged front facade three framed double carriage gates with semicircular cast-iron fanlights provided with spoke railings. Above the central gate a framed multi-pane window with semicircular cast-iron fanlight provided with spoke railings situated under a pediment-shaped rising roofline. On either side of the central gate two framed multi-pane windows with semicircular plastered fan panels provided with a sculptured horse's head. The remaining facades have multi-pane windows, some provided with shutters, entrance door with fanlight (side and rear facades) and in the rear facade a double carriage gate with semicircular fanlight provided with spoke railings.
