KOETSHUIS MET DIENSTWONING. Een rechthoekig ensemble bestaande uit een achttiende-eeuws koetshuis op bijna vierkante grondslag, met aan de rechter (oost) zijde een 19de eeuwse dienstwoning, die een aanbouw uit circa 1900 aan de noordzijde heeft. Het koetshuis is opgetrokken in rode baksteen en wordt overkapt door een met oudhollandse rode dakpannen gedekt afgeknot schilddak. Aan de voor(zuid)zijde heeft de symmetrisch ingedeelde gevelpartij twee dubbele, rechte koetshuisdeuren met aan weerszijden en in het midden 5 ruitsrondvensters met kruisvormige diefijzers en een roedeverdeling bestaande uit een kruis met een cirkelvormig beglaasd hart. Centraal op de verdieping bevindt zich een door een kroonlijst afgesloten dakkapel met een dubbel 3 ruitsluik. Aan weerszijden zijn recent twee daklichten aangebracht, die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis zijn. De linkergevel van het koetshuis vertoont aan de bovenzijde twee 8 ruitsvensters. De achtergevel heeft aan de linkerzijde een dubbele getoogde deur, met rechts ervan een getoogd venster en weer twee daklichten. Rechts een rechthoekige op het koetshuis geplaatste woning uit de eerste helft van de 19de eeuw onder een met grijze, oudhollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met overstek. Aan de voor(zuid)zijde vertoont de gevel links nog een oorspronkelijk 6 ruits-empireschuifraam met luiken. Rechts hiervan een omstreeks 1900 geplaatst breed 3 ruitsvenster met een 3 ruitsbovenlicht, dat een patroon in glas-in-lood heeft. Ook dit venster is voorzien van luiken. In de kopgevel (oostzijde) een laatstgenoemd, identiek 3 ruitsvenster dat aan de bovenzijde voorzien is van een geprofileerde waterlijst op consôles. Er boven, op de verdieping, is een keperboogvormig dubbel glas-in-loodvenster aangebracht, dat door een keperboogvormige lijst op voluutvormige klossen bekroond wordt (met luik). In de noord-oosthoek van het ensemble ligt de halverwege door een cordonlijst gelede, rechthoekige aangebouwde dienstwoning uit 1900 onder een plat dak. De oostgevel heeft links een paneeldeur met enkelruitsbovenlicht en rechts twee T-ruitvensters. Op de verdieping is centraal een keperboogvormig venster met 4 ruitslicht aangebracht, met aan weerszijden een klein keperboogvormig 2 ruitsvenster. De achtergevel vertoont een onregelmatige gevelindeling met links een paneeldeur met dubbel bovenlicht en erboven een getoogd dubbel 6 ruitsvenster. Rechts hiervan heeft de begane grond wederom een paneeldeur met dito bovenlicht en aan de rechterzijde van de gevel een 6 ruitsschuifraam met erboven een keperboogvormig 4 ruitsvenster. INTERIEUR: het koetshuis kent ondermeer nog zijn oorspronkelijke negentiende-eeuwse toogkasten, ruiven en paardenboxen. De ernaast gelegen woning werd ondermeer, tijdens de verbouwing rond 1900 in het zuid-oostelijke vertrek op de begane grond voorzien van een omgaande eikenhouten lambrizering met paneelvakken en een monumentale houten haardpartij.
De omstreeks 1990 gebouwde (deels open) garage aan de westzijde van het koetshuis valt wegens te geringe ouderdom buiten de bescherming.

Description
COACH HOUSE WITH SERVANT'S DWELLING. A rectangular ensemble consisting of an eighteenth-century coach house on an almost square ground plan, with a nineteenth-century servant's dwelling on the right (east) side, which has an extension from circa 1900 on the north side. The coach house is built in red brick and is covered by a hipped roof covered with old Dutch red roof tiles. On the front (south) side, the symmetrically arranged facade section has two double, straight coach house doors with 5 round-light windows with cross-shaped security bars on either side and in the middle, with glazing bars consisting of a cross with a circular glazed heart. Centrally on the upper storey is a roof dormer with a double 3-light shutter, closed off by a cornice. On either side, two roof lights have recently been added, which are of subordinate significance for protection. The left gable of the coach house shows two 8-light windows at the top. The rear gable has a double arched door on the left side, with an arched window to the right of it and another two roof lights. On the right, a rectangular dwelling placed on the coach house from the first half of the nineteenth century under a saddle roof covered with grey, old Dutch tiles with overhang. On the front (south) side, the facade on the left still shows an original 6-light Empire sash window with shutters. To the right of this, a broadly proportioned 3-light window placed around 1900 with a 3-light fanlight that has a leaded glass pattern. This window too is provided with shutters. In the end gable (east side), a similarly configured 3-light window that is provided at the top with a profiled drip moulding on corbels. Above this, on the upper storey, a herringbone-arched double leaded glass window has been installed, which is crowned by a herringbone-arched moulding on scroll-shaped brackets (with shutter). In the north-east corner of the ensemble lies the rectangular attached servant's dwelling from 1900, divided halfway by a string course, under a flat roof. The east gable has a panel door with a single-light fanlight on the left and two T-light windows on the right. On the upper storey, a herringbone-arched window with 4-light sash is placed centrally, with a small herringbone-arched 2-light window on either side. The rear gable shows an irregular facade arrangement with a panel door with double fanlight on the left and above it an arched double 6-light window. To the right of this, the ground floor has another panel door with the same fanlight and on the right side of the gable a 6-light sash window with a herringbone-arched 4-light window above it. INTERIOR: the coach house still retains its original nineteenth-century arched cupboards, grain stores and horse boxes. The adjacent dwelling was provided, among other things, during the renovation around 1900 in the south-eastern room on the ground floor with a surrounding oak-wood wainscoting with panel sections and a monumental wooden fireplace arrangement.
The garage built around 1990 (partly open) on the west side of the coach house falls outside the protection due to insufficient age.
