Omschrijving
Op de kaart nr.7. KOETSIERSWONING. Direct aan de Vecht gelegen witgepleisterde 18de-eeuwse koetsierswoning op rechthoekige grondslag met aan de Vechtzijde een zeshoekige uitbouw (koepelfront) van latere datum (1820-1830). Tot 1934 één geheel vormend met de buitenplaats Slotzicht. Het rechthoekige voorhuis van twee bouwlagen onder een met riet gedekt schilddak heeft een tuitgevel aan de voor(straat)zijde. Regelmatige indeling van de voorgevel bestaande uit een twaalfruits schuifvenster op de begane grond en een identiek venster in een geprofileerde lijst op de verdieping. Daarboven een gekoppeld draaivenster en een klein rechthoekig venster in de top. In de zuidgevel de toegangsdeur met snijraam (bovenlicht). Links daarvan een vensteras met twee negenruits schuifvensters. De noordgevel kent een onregelmatige indeling met meerruitsvensters, deels met luiken. Aansluitend de koepelvormige aanbouw van één bouwlaag onder een met riet gedekt gezwenkt tentdak met breed overstek ondersteund door zes entasische houten zuilen. De veranda wordt afgesloten door een laag gietijzeren hek. Indeling van zeven tuindeuren met roedenverdeling en luiken.

On map no. 7. COACHMAN'S HOUSE. Directly on the Vecht a whitewashed 18th-century coachman's house on a rectangular ground plan with on the Vecht side a hexagonal extension (cupola front) of later date (1820-1830). Until 1934 forming one whole with the country estate Slotzicht. The rectangular front section of two storeys beneath a hipped roof covered with thatch has a spout gable on the front (street) side. Regular arrangement of the front facade consisting of a twelve-pane sash window on the ground floor and an identical window in a profiled frame on the first floor. Above this a coupled casement window and a small rectangular window in the top. In the south facade the entrance door with fanlight. To the left of this a bay of windows with two nine-pane sash windows. The north facade has an irregular arrangement with multi-pane windows, some with shutters.
