Op de kaart nr.2.
HISTORISCHE TUIN- EN PARKAANLEG behorende tot de buitenplaats Slotzicht. Deels in structuur en deels in detail gaaf bewaarde aanleg in landschapsstijl uit het begin van de 19de eeuw, bestaande uit een besloten aanleg rondom het huis en een weidse open aanleg in de weilanden achter het huis. Voor het huis een gazon aan weerszijde begrensd door boomgroepen. Het oorspronkelijke vrije zicht op de Vecht (zie gravure Lutgers, 1836) is door beplanting dichtgezet. Tegenover de voormalige koetsierswoning in de Vecht een kunstmatig aangelegd rond eilandje (zie gravure Lutgers, 1836). Aan de noord- en zuidzijde van het huis een parkbos met lobbenvormige paden en dicht begroeide boomgroepen (o.a.Taxus en Hulst). Verscholen in het bos (zuid) enkele schuren, die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang zijn, en een zeer vervallen houten SPEELHUISJE onder een met rode Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. De dwarsas voor het huis (noord-zuid) is een 18de-eeuws element, die op de kaart van Ketelaar (1770-1780) staat aangegeven. Aan de zuidkant van deze as enkele oude eiken in laanverband. Achter het huis een middenas bestaande uit een solitaire monumentale koperbeuk staande op een rond gazon en een neo-formele aanleg met rozenperken afgesloten door een tuinhuis. Rechts daarvan jonge aanplant van fruitbomen, links daarvan een dubbele lage beukenhaag waarachter de tennisbaan en moestuin liggen. Verschillende uitzichten naar het achterliggende weiland met een slingerende waterpartij aan de oostzijde begrensd door coulissen. Diagonale zichtas op de theekoepel die tussen de bomen staat verscholen. Aan de zuidzijde een vergraven sloot, die overgaat in de genoemde waterpartij.
Waardering HISTORISCHE TUIN- EN PARKAANLEG behorende tot de buitenplaats Slotzicht van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de eenvoudige aanleg in landschapsstijl uit het begin van de 19de-eeuw rondom het huis;
- vanwege de wijde zichtassen op het met coulissen begrensde weiland met slingerende waterpartij in landschapsstijl;
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van de buitenplaats.

HISTORICAL GARDEN AND PARK LAYOUT belonging to the country estate Slotzicht. Partly in structure and partly in detail well-preserved layout in landscape style from the early 19th century, consisting of an enclosed layout around the house and a spacious open layout in the meadows behind the house. In front of the house a lawn bounded on either side by groups of trees. The original clear view of the Vecht (see Lutgers engraving, 1836) is obscured by planting. Opposite the former coachman's house in the Vecht an artificially created round island (see Lutgers engraving, 1836). On the north and south sides of the house a parkland with lobe-shaped paths and densely planted groups of trees (including Taxus and Holly). Hidden in the wood (south) a few sheds, which are of subsidiary significance for protection purposes, and a very dilapidated wooden PLAYHOUSE beneath a gabled roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles. The cross axis in front of the house (north-south) is an 18th-century element, which is marked on the Ketelaar map (1770-1780). On the south side of this axis a few old oaks in avenue arrangement. Behind the house a central axis consisting of a solitary monumental copper beech standing on a round lawn and a neo-formal layout with rose beds closed off by a garden house. To the right of this young planting of fruit trees, to the left a double low beech hedge behind which the tennis court and vegetable garden are located. Various views over the meadowland behind with a meandering water feature on the east side bounded by coulisses. Diagonal sight axis to the tea pavilion which stands hidden among the trees. On the south side an excavated ditch, which merges into the aforementioned water feature.
