Omschrijving complexonderdeel 3
TOEGANGSHEK, in 1912 ontworpen door Ed. Cuypers. Het hek bestaat uit een grote doorrit voor auto's en kleinere doorgangen voor voetgangers. Het aan de Hilversumsestraatweg gelegen hek bestaat uit twee bakstenen hekpijlers met natuurstenen bekroningen en afdekplaten waarop natuurstenen leeuwen met schilden zijn geplaatst. Ertussen bevindt zich een vaste smeedijzeren toog waarin in gouden letters de tekst: 'anno 1912' en: 'De Hooge Vuursche'. Erboven bevindt zich in het midden een lantaarn. Eronder bevindt zich is een dubbel, openslaand smeedijzeren spijlenhek. Ter weerszijden van de hekpijlers bevinden zich toegangshekken voor voetgangers waarnaast kleinere pijlers staan.

ACCESS GATE, designed in 1912 by Ed. Cuypers. The gate consists of a large carriage entrance and smaller passages for pedestrians. The gate situated on the Hilversumsestraatweg consists of two brick gate pillars with natural stone crownings and covering plates on which natural stone lions with shields are placed. Between them is a fixed wrought-iron bar in which in golden letters is the text: 'anno 1912' and: 'De Hooge Vuursche'. Above it in the middle is a lantern. Below it is a double, double-opening wrought-iron spile gate. On either side of the gate pillars are access gates for pedestrians next to which stand smaller pillars.
