In rode baksteen opgetrokken boerderij annex garage op rechthoekige grondslag onder rieten zadeldak met wolfseinden (onderzijde lange schilden met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt). Omstreeks 1930 werd de deel tot tweede woning en garage verbouwd. Aan de buitenkant verkreeg dit deel van het complex zijn huidige uiterlijk in rustieke landhuisstijl; aan de beide lange zijden werd het rieten schild opgelicht voor het realiseren van een brede dakkapel met enkele meerruitsvensters en aan de achter(noord-)zijde kreeg het dak zijn huidige ruim overstekende huifvormige beëindiging met driehoekig venster in de topgevel. De voorzijde heeft zijn vroeg negentiende-eeuwse gevel met indeling behouden met centraal de toegangsdeur met negen-ruits bovenlicht en aan weerszijden een 28-ruitsschuifvenster met luiken. Op de verdieping twee zes-ruitsvensters. Aan de rechterzijde van de toegangsdeur een stichtingssteen: "Gerard van Lanschot 1819". Inwendig in het vroeg 19de-eeuwse deel van het complex een jachtkamer uit de eerste decennia van de 20ste eeuw met monumentale schouw met tegels in blauw-wit, paneeldeuren en rode plavuizen.
Waardering

Description
Farmhouse with attached garage, built in red brick on a rectangular plan, under a thatched gabled roof with half-hipped ends (the underside of the long roof slopes covered with Old Dutch tiles). Around 1930 the barn section was converted into a second dwelling and garage. On the outside this part of the complex acquired its present rustic country house style appearance; on both long sides the thatched roof slope was raised to create a broad roof dormer with single multi-pane windows, and on the rear (north) side the roof acquired its present widely overhanging awning-shaped termination with a triangular window in the gable top. The front facade has retained its early nineteenth-century appearance with its layout, featuring centrally the entrance door with a nine-pane fanlight and on either side a 28-pane sash window with shutters. On the first floor two six-pane windows. On the right side of the entrance door a foundation stone: "Gerard van Lanschot 1819". Internally, in the early 19th-century part of the complex, a hunt room from the first decades of the 20th century with a monumental fireplace with blue and white tiles, panelled doors and red floor tiles.
Valuation
The farmhouse, built in 1819 and later converted to a service dwelling and garage, is of general importance because of: - its age; - its ensemble value because of the functional relationship with the house; - the farmhouse building type with hunt room and garage, a characteristic component of a historic country estate; - the conversion of the complex in rustic country house style while preserving the original early nineteenth-century appearance of the farmhouse on the front; - the well-preserved hunt room from the first decades of the twentieth century.
