Omschrijving
Omstreeks 1895 gebouwde eenlaags woning onder zadeldak met de nok haaks op de oprijlaan (afgebeeld op de top. kaart van 1896). Het pand is opgetrokken in rode baksteen met gele verblendsteen boven de vensters in de voorgevel en voorzien van een bepleisterde plint. Het dak heeft aan de voorzijde een forse overstek en is gedekt met Hollandse pannen. De voorgevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld en bestaat uit drie traveeën. Centraal bevindt zich de ingang gevormd door een opgeklampte deur onder bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden hiervan zesruits schuifvensters met luiken. Boven de deur bevindt zich een balkon op stijlen, bereikbaar via een balkondeur onder halfrond bovenlicht. De zijgevels en achtergevel zijn voorzien van verschillende gevelopeningen, waaronder een keldervenster in de rechtergevel en voormalige dubbele deeldeuren in de achtergevel. Het pand bevat in de voorgevel een (onleesbare) gevelsteen.

Description
A single-storey dwelling built around 1895 under a gabled roof with the ridge perpendicular to the driveway (depicted on the topographical map of 1896). The building is constructed in red brick with yellow facing brick above the windows in the front facade and provided with a rendered plinth. The roof has a substantial overhang on the front and is covered with Dutch tiles. The front facade is symmetrically laid out and consists of three bays. Centrally is the entrance formed by a clamped door under a fanlight. On either side of this six-pane sash windows with shutters. Above the door is a balcony on supports, accessible via a balcony door under a semicircular fanlight. The side facades and rear facade are provided with various wall openings, including a basement window in the right gable and former double panelled doors in the rear facade. The building contains a (illegible) facade stone on the front facade.
