Omschrijving
De dienstwoning is blijkens de gevelsteen gebouwd in 1887. Het is een U-vormig gebouw van één bouwlaag onder zadeldaken. Centraal bevindt zich een woning waarvan de voorgevel is voorzien van drie traveeën, de middelste gevormd door de deur. Links en rechts bevinden zich naar achteren geplaatste lange, lage vleugels, ten dele van jongere datum. Het pand diende als koetsiers- en jachtopzienerswoning. Het is voorzien van jongere elementen zoals serres.
Waardering
De U-vormige dienstwoning van Velder, gebouwd in 1887, is van algemeen belang vanwege:

Description
The service dwelling was built in 1887 according to the stone on the facade. It is a U-shaped building of one storey under gabled roofs. Centrally situated is a dwelling whose front facade is provided with three bays, the central one formed by the door. To the left and right are long, low wings positioned towards the rear, partly of more recent date. The building served as a coachman's and gamekeeper's dwelling. It is provided with more recent elements such as greenhouses.
