Omschrijving
Het in baksteen opgetrokken koetshuis bestaat uit een rechthoekige bouwmassa onder schilddak evenwijdig aan de weg met steekkap ter hoogte van de centrale topgevel aan de voorzijde. De symmetrische voorgevel is voorzien van een middenrisaliet met vlakke hoekpilasters, voormalige inrijdeuren en omlijste vensters.
Waardering
Het koetshuis van Velder, gebouwd omstreeks 1878, is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- het bouwtype koetshuis;
- de detaillering met hoekpilasters en omlijste vensters, vergelijkbaar met de detaillering van het huis maar eenvoudiger uitgevoerd;
- ensemblewaarden vanwege de functionele en visuele relatie met huis en park, mede vanwege de prominente ligging aan de oprijlaan.

The coachhouse built in brick consists of a rectangular building mass under a hipped roof parallel to the road with a half-hipped roof at the height of the central gable at the front. The symmetrical front facade is provided with a central risalit with flat corner pilasters, former carriage-way doors and framed windows.
